My life as an adult has been 99% caring for others. A nurse, wife and mom for over 21 years. Through experiencing burn-out and anxiety I had to learn to care for my-self as I had for so many others. What I learned I find immense joy and purpose in sharing with others in an environment that facilitates rest, relaxation, growth, healing and new friendships.
Retreats provide the rest and relaxation of vacation with the added benefit of self-care activities, tools and education the attendees can incorporate into their daily life; extending the positive benefits on the mind, body and spirit.

These times can help you ponder the best way to move forward in your life and help keep you grounded. “
